Upon registration, my PRC number is not validated. What should I do to register?

Answer:

If you are a chemical engineer and your PRC No. is not validated, please register by clicking the "Non-Members (no chapter affiliation)".

How to get an invitation?

Answer:

In the 86th NatCon registration portal, a tab will be available in your profile where you can generate an invitation letter. By default, the letter is addressed to the delegate. If you need an invitation letter addressed to someone else (not the delegate), please complete the Google Form individually.

I want to avail the early bird rate, however, my PRC number is not validated. What should I do?

Answer:

If the portal indicates that your PRC number is not validated, it may mean that your name is not included in the list of active members submitted by your chapter. Only those listed in the portal database are eligible to avail of the early bird registration rate.

If you are an active member of your chapter, we recommend that you contact them immediately so they can submit an updated list to us. Your name will only be included in the database once your chapter confirms your active membership.

Please note that early bird registration slots are almost full and are offered on a first come, first served basis.

Should you wish to secure your slot without coordinating with your chapter, you may still proceed by selecting the “Non-Members (no chapter affiliation)” category. Please be advised that this option comes with a registration fee of Php 7,500.

Can we register as a group?

Answer:

Please note that group registration is not available through the portal. Each participant must register individually using their own account.

Can we pay as a group? How?

Answer:

Yes, group payment is allowed. To process a group payment, please send the proof of deposit or payment along with the complete list of registrants covered by the payment to piche86th@gmail.com and cc: relations.86th@pichedavao.org.

Make sure the list clearly includes each registrant’s full name, PRC number (if applicable), and the chosen registration category.

Please provide the bank details for the payment for the 86th PIChE NatCon

Answer:

Once you complete your registration, you will be redirected to a page displaying the amount to be paid and a “Pay” button. Click the “Pay” button to view the available payment methods and proceed with your preferred option.

How to secure an Official Receipt for the Registration Fee?

Answer:

Official Receipts (ORs) will be issued together with the convention kit during onsite registration on September 10–12, 2025, at the SMX Convention Center, Davao City.

If you wish to request an OR in advance, please provide the following details:

Please note that the shipping fee will be shouldered by the requester.

Is there an option for a HYBRID setup?

Answer:

The National Convention will be conducted purely onsite (face-to-face). At this time, an online or hybrid setup has not been considered or discussed. Should any changes be made to include a hybrid option, we will promptly make an official public announcement.

Can we request that the amount to be reflected in the SOA is the early bird rate?

Answer:

When a Statement of Account (SOA) is requested, PIChE Admin typically indicates the regular registration rates. This is because we cannot guarantee when the payment will be made or reflected in our bank records. Please note that early bird discounts are granted on a first-paid, first-served basis - limited to the first 200 paid registrants or until May 31, 2025, whichever comes first.

To avail of the early bird rate, we strongly encourage payment via Dragonpay through the official registration portal, as it allows for real-time posting and verification of your payment.
