- Can I use my account from the 86th NatCon?
- I am an Associate Member (non-licensed ChE) of a PIChE Chapter or a nonChE. How can I register?
- After filling out the registration form for either licensed or non-licensed PIChE members, there is an error that says that my credentials did not match any of our records. What can I do to register?
- If licensed, a mismatch in PRC ID number record. Please accomplish the Google form in the error message: https://forms.gle/HeK2QdyeiQT2RVGp9. After completing the form, check your email for further details on how to proceed with the registration.
- If not licensed, inactive or late membership resulting to non-endorsement in the member roster. Please register through the “Non-members/Other Professions” button and contact your chapter to confirm your membership if you would like to avail of the early bird rate. Upon confirmation, either the registrant or the chapter may contact us at relations.piche87th@gmail.com to revise the record and avail of the early-bird discount, if still applicable.
- I want to avail the early bird rate but the payment tab indicates regular rate. What should I do?

Yes, accounts from the 86th NatCon can be used in the registration portal. If you forgot your credentials, click the “Forgot Password” link in the login page.

If the portal indicates regular rate, it may mean that your name is not included in the list of active members submitted by your chapter, or the early-bird slots have been filled. Only active members endorsed by the chapter are eligible to avail of the early bird registration rate (PhP 6,500).
If you are an active member of your chapter, please contact your chapter to confirm your active membership and to provide an updated member roster to PIChE National.
Early bird registration slots are offered on a first come, first served basis. If you wish to secure your slot without coordinating with your chapter, you may proceed by paying the regular registration fee (Php 7,500).

Group registration is not available through the portal. Each participant must register individually using their own account.
However, in cases that you will be paying as a one group, group payment may be proceeded (See Item 6) after you register individually.

All payments are settled via Dragonpay. Simply click the “Pay” button to be redirected to Dragonpay and view the available payment methods. Complete your payment through your preferred option.

Details to be reflected in the individual service invoice (SI) will be requested upon registration. While this is named after the individual by default, this can be changed to another entity (company, etc) by typing directly in the text box.
The SI will then be issued with the convention kit during onsite registration at the first day of the National Convention (September 16, 2026), at the Hotel Supreme, Baguio City.
If you wish to request an OR/SI in advance, please provide the following details and email to relations.piche87th@gmail.com.
The shipping fee will be shouldered by the requester.
Note that a “group SI” may be requested ONLY if a group payment was made (See Item No. 6) and is NOT APPLICABLE to individual payments.

When a Statement of Account (SOA) is requested, the PIChE secretariat typically indicates the regular registration rates. This is because we cannot guarantee when the payment will be made or reflected in our bank records. Please note that early bird discounts are granted on a first-paid, first-served basis - limited to the first 300 paid registrants or until May 10, 2026, whichever comes first. To avail of the early bird rate, we strongly encourage payment via Dragonpay through the official registration portal, as it allows for real-time posting and verification of your payment.

The registration fee is non-refundable, but slots are transferable. For transfer of paid slots, please contact the relation team through relations.piche87th@gmail.com not later than August 31, 2026.
